Throwing it back because I need to get back on proper track just to remind myself when I work even hard, when I sacrifice, when I’m committed & discipline. I can actually achieve what I want. I need all that back, gotta give up my soy sauce, my salt, my asam, my snacks & my extra sauces. In my will I will do it again (hopefully) Amen 🙏🏻


My 2nd time being driest..( cause I wasn’t that shredded )
I remember as soon as I wake up in the AM I did abs, during workout abs, after workout abs, before sleep abs & my food was much healthier plus clean-ish.
